Are these prices final?

Yes. The number on this page is the number on your invoice. We bill in EUR with 21% VAT for Dutch customers and reverse-charge VAT for EU B2B. No usage overages, no per-row charges, no surprise migration fees.
What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data lake stays read-only for 30 days while you export anything you want — your usual BI tools still connect. After 30 days the data is deleted from disk and from backups within 90 days. We can sign a custom retention DPA for regulated industries.
Can external partners use Custodea without a paid seat?

Yes. The credentials you mint for trusted partners, auditors, or external analysts don't count as seats. We charge for the warehouse and the connectors, not the readers.
What's the difference between Growth and Enterprise on uptime?

Growth runs on our shared tenant pool with a 99.9% target. Enterprise gets a contractual 99.95% SLA with credits, plus an option to run on dedicated cluster capacity isolated from other tenants.
Do you support custom connectors?

Connector requests on Growth go on the public roadmap and ship monthly; you don't pay extra. On Enterprise we'll build a private connector against your closed-source vendor or internal system within 6 weeks for a fixed engineering retainer.
Where are you in the EU exactly?

Primary capacity in Falkenstein, Germany and backup capacity in Helsinki, Finland — both EU data centres. We do not use AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for any tenant data. The cluster is operated end-to-end by Custodea B.V. in Amsterdam.
